  • Company Name, Medicare Plan

  • Out of Pocket - This is the maximum amount your will pay for your hospital/medical bills from your pocket for the year (most important)

  • Premium - Monthly plan premium

  • Medical Deductible - The amount you pay for medical expenses before insurance starts to pay

  • Drug Deductible - The amount you pay for prescriptions drug before insurance pays (usually for Tier 3/4/5) 

  • Over the Counter (OTC) - The free dollar amount you get per year to buy OTC items with Medicare advantage plan

  • Vision, Hearing, Dental - The free benefits you get with Medicare advantage plan

  • Giveback - The dollar amount you get back in your Social Security to pay the Part B premium with Medicare Advantage plan
